Healthy Recipe Bowls (Acai, Pho, Burrito Bowl, Quinoa Salad)

Hey guys! I wanted to share some recipes I'm loving right now. I made these during this week, and decided to film and share. Hope you try and enjoy!!
Acai Bowl
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/3 Cup Frozen Cherries or Raspberries (I said raspberries, but I actually used cherries in this video. You can use either, and sometimes I swap)
1 Cup Frozen Bananas
1/2 Cup Plain Coconut Milk Yogurt
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Acai Powder
Quinoa Salad
1/2 Cup Quinoa
3 Handfuls Arugula
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomaotes
1/2 Cup Sliced Cucumber
1/2 Sliced Avocado
pinch of parsley
2 Tbsp Hummus
1/2 Lemon
EVOO, salt & pepper to taste.
Burrito Bowl
Cilantro Lime Rice-
1/4 Diced White Onion
2 Cups Cooked Brown Jasmine Rice
1 Juice Limed
Avocado Tomatillo Salsa
1 Avocado
1/2 Deseeded Serrano
1/2 White Onion
Pinch of Cilantro
1/2 Large Tamatillo
1 Lime Juiced
1 Clove Garlic
Pinch of Salt
2-4 tbsp Water (as needed)
Top
1 Jalapeno
1 Can Cooked Black Beans
1 Cup Roasted Corn
1/2 Sliced Avocado
Pinch of cilantro
Pico de gallo
Broil-
1 White Onion
1 2 inch piece of Ginger
Spices-
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
3-5 Cloves
Stock
4 Cups Vegetable Stock
2 Drops Anise Extract (optional)
1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Top
Sriracha
Lime
Fresh Basil
Bean Sprouts
Hoisin Sauce
