I just love you Dr Gary🎀. If you start a fan club I'm in it.!! I think it's wonderful that you're sharing this information as I'm sitting next to my daughter who's only 26 and some of her friends are beginning to have fillers done into lips and watching this my daughter of 26 years is definitely not going to do that have any kind of plastic surgery until she really has to .You are very explicit in what you had to say, it was very clear and understanding to not only me but my younger daughter and we both believe that you are sincerely telling us the truth with regard to plastic surgery including the cost. Lastly may I say that you are helping and guiding Young women and men with two options to either get it the plastic surgery or not to get the plastic surgery and this is the first time in my life that anybody or any doctor has told me the advantages but more importantly the disadvantages of getting plastic surgery especially at a young age. The reason being that the younger you are💯 you will keep having to do it Time After Time After Time and eventually it will lead to damage. When I was growing up my parents always said if something isn't broken just leave it as it is. Once again thank you for sharing I greatly appreciate it the time and energy are taking out to educate the Young and the old . Regards to your wife and have a great day 😊💯😊🌺🌺🌺

She can do whatever she wants to her face/body but it's weird to keep denying it in this day and age 🤷🏻‍♀️

i’m so glad more surgeons are talking about this because fans will continue to deny it and it’s refreshing to see why celebrities really look so perfect. i think it helps a lot of people’s self esteem to know celebs aren’t all natural.

(Edit: why do so many people have a problem with me using the word perfect? obviously they are not perfect but they’ve altered themselves so much to give that impression. People need to calm down)

As someone who just turned 30 and certainly doesn't have the money for any of these procedures, I appreciate you explaining why having a lot of surgeries and fillers done at a young age can have damaging long term effects. I thankfully still look fairly young, (people usually think i'm in my early to mid 20s), but as these procedures become more normalized, it feels like women are being expected to look like flawless teenage goddesses well into their 30s and 40s! It's not enough to just be good looking and youthful by "normal" standards - people want the superhuman beauty of their favorite celebrities which only money can buy. I wish we could just let everyone go back to having regular faces with human flaws.

I’m a fan and I can’t believe her fans are in denial of it. They really think multiple surgeons are lying about her surgery. What would you guys get out of lying?? It makes no sense

As a 24 years old I really apprecieate the warning! I feel like social media puts so much pressure on young people (especially when it comes to appearance)

Love how you express yourself and are non-bias. Unlike others who get too emotionally involved and speculate all kinds of stuff who doesn't seem consistent. Thank you, straight to the point, no exagerated theory, or preference. Love that

Ariana still looks beautiful, but it makes me sad that she is having so many procedures early in life. She had naturally pretty features and I'm worried that she won't know when to stop. It's cliche, but our differences make us beautiful and unique. We don't all need high eyebrows, a small nose, big lips, and a sharp jaw.

Ariana is one of those celebs I’ve looked up several times to see what kind of work she’s had done, because it’s OBVIOUS she has, yet so many people defend the idea she hasn’t. There’s nothing wrong with it, I personally think it’s extremely obvious she had some sort of eyebrow lift, it’s the most prevalent change. Thank you for this video :)

this is perhaps the most clear and concise video on her surgeries, and knowing its from a specialist like you, probably also the most accurate. theres only one thing, theres a picture of an even younger Ariana (before the red hair) where her brows are significantly lower. unfortunately the mystery for me has always been whether she had already had that first brow lift in the first picture of her that you showed (at such a young age) it’s just always baffled me. she’s stunning and i wish she didn’t have to do all this in order to be considered beautiful but thats how it is for now.

So many young people (both boys and girls) hold Ariana up as the epitome of beauty, without knowing that's she's not all natural. Thank you for this breakdown. It's healthy to know that that's not how most real humans look like 🙏

As someone who has followed Ari since the Victorious days, I actually think her initial brow lift was in 2011. You can see the difference in the distance between her eye and brow and also that her eyelids are more visible starting around that point. It was a pretty noticeable shift watching her in motion weekly - changed the overall appearance of her face.

She looked so much better and more recognizable in her victorious days. She had those special Italian features, even almost oriental and exotic. Now she looks like the typical instagram star. Have you noticed how many people are nowadays able to mimic her?

As a fan of Ariana Grande, I always found it SO WEIRD that her fans always deny she's had it, when it's so obvious she has gotten plastic surgery. There's nothing wrong with getting it in anyway, so I was always confused on why the fans try to deny!

It's sobering to be reminded that the cost of revision is always higher than the initial procedure. I think a lot of young people especially rush into getting plastic surgery as soon as they can scrape the money together (or put in on a credit card) without considering complications or having money set aside for any fixes they might need in the future. Plastic surgery isn't just a risk to your health but it's also a financial risk and needs to be treated accordingly. Don't cheap out on your surgeon and have some kind of back up plan for any unforeseen problems!

I really appreciate the format of these videos: the goals are to show you how some of our favorite celebrities actually attain their perfect looks, how much it actually costs, and the actual risks/ramifications behind them. It is not shameful or hateful and is executed very eloquently. Thank you!

I have definitely noticed more women getting the “Fox eye” or almond eye done surgically, where before they had more rounded, doll-like eyes. I think part of the downside of these cosmetic surgery “trends” is that everyone starts to look the same. I have round-ish doll eyes and I love them! People need to think very hard before getting cosmetic surgery done, once it’s been done it’s much more difficult to go back if you decide you don’t like it later on.

I find it sad that someone so naturally pretty felt the need for all these procedures, and at such a young age too. I can't help but feel that some people start off with one procedure and then become hooked on "improving" themselves with more and more surgery, only to end up looking really strange. A case in point is Katie Price - not sure if she's known in the US, but she's very well known here in the UK, a former glamour model who has sliced and diced her once naturally attractive face to oblivion.

It sucks how people throw away their natural, individual charm for no good reason. I'm all for plastic surgery if its purpose is to make your features more harmonious, but I really feel like this should never be influenced by trends.
