Can you doctor video with the Apple Pencil. Say I wanted to remove a blemish from a character's face using something like a smudge or blur effect. It sure would be nice to be able to draw on my video footage, rather than have to do motion tracking or mats for everything. I don't have the IPad Pro or pencil yet, but I'm thinking it might be good for my project.

I am trying to composite by just adding photos and resizing them. However, it seems like the background is always a transparent film over the new images, no matter how I blend them. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
