My TE71 Corolla gets a big brakes?

Now it has AE86 front discs and TE71 9" rear drums.
My donor car is 2000 Nissan Alme.. .. PRIMERA.

Hi there, to put a ventilated disc on the front part, it's needed to be perforated with the same pattern that the original disc i have? I want to do the same but i was thinking what thing i have to look to search the correct rotor, thanks!
