8 Weaknesses Every Sigma Male Struggles With. It’s universally acknowledged that everyone, regardless of their background or status, confronts their own set of unique challenges and obstacles. Individuals tackle these hurdles in distinct ways, influenced by their personalities and life experiences. This diversity in coping strategies and resilience is particularly pronounced when considering different personality types among men, such as alpha, beta, and sigma males. Each personality type faces specific struggles reflective of their traits and worldview. A problem that might greatly affect an alpha male could be trivial to a sigma male, and the reverse holds true as well. This variation in struggles underscores the reality that no matter how resilient or self-reliant one appears, everyone has their vulnerabilities and reasons behind them. In this video, we’ll explore 8 weaknesses that every sigma male struggles with. #sigma #sigmamale #achievegreatness

It's so creepy how accurate these videos are, like you know me personally and are telling the world my secrets like you are spying on me personally.

The one thing that makes sigma so unique is they don't have any challenges
If they choose to be they can be an unstoppable Force
Or the immovable object as they choose
Play Chico ahead and try and pigeonhole someone
I dare you

100% accurate again. Officially I'm an INTJ-A and unofficially a Sigma INTJ. Traits of the Sigma many of these videos put out are almost identical to the traits of an INTJ. It's 199% what they say, all Sigma's are introverts but not all introverts are Sigma's.

Everything is spot on. Being an older Sigma I have worked through some of these challenges like:

1. Fundamental loneliness I have a grougp of pretty close friends that I get together three times a week and this along with going to a diner ward off fundamental loneliness for me.
2. Discomfort in crowds. This is 100% correct. If it is outside I am usually good however an indoor crowd is a no go.
3. I use to overthink everything, now though I have spent a lot of time and energy understanding who I am, what triggers my Ego into action, the who and why of the people I enjoy being with and those I avoid. I never self criticized I could always see it was others that were making bad choices and walked away if I couldn't get them to see the error of their ways. I am a much communicator now than I ever was so I am no longer attached to trying to convince them anymore. Either they get it or they don't.
4. Being misunderstood All the time. That is the story of my life. Now that I am a much better communicator people appreciate my point of view because I am able to articulate it much better now along with the advantages and disadvantages. I don't have an inner critic and I never did. However I do have this insatiable thirst for knowledge and read on average 20 science base books usually written by the best in their field every year since 1985. So I have a well rounded understanding for everything from Quantum Mechanics to Chakras. I finished the 800 page book called the complete book of Chakras a few months ago and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in personal growth and healing. In the past I did have a problem being content with my achievements now I have worked past that and achievements are just part of the journey.
6. Spontaneity I have never been spontaneous and even though I am working hard to overcome this drawback it is very uncomfortable when I awkwardly try to do so.
7. Hyper-focus Absolutely I do this to a fault sometimes yet at other times is is my best attribute for overcoming a problem or finding a solution. I can meditate and do deep introspection on a difficult subject for days on end and have reached depths of understanding about the human condition that even many experts in the field haven't reached.
8. Lack of relatability Regarding frivolous things like sports and politics I have zero interest and cannot relate. If however you want to know why you do things to sabotage yourself or why you do the things you do, or what The Ego is and what is its function or how we are able to learn language and social ques as toddlers and how and why horrific parenting can make these processes screw up our entire lives and what we can do to undo this bad programming we got from incompetent parents; then I can talk with the best of them.

About spontaneity: I fit all the mentioned challenges, but when it comes rigid planning and scheduling, I have a “big picture” and the current frame of living in any moment in time. Spontaneous events are welcomed as long is there is no serious threat to the “big plan”. I try to be accepting and accommodating to the spontaneous events of the day and the people who are part of it. Appropriate spontaneous events are fun!

A lot if these videos are simply generalizations that quite common for sigmas. They speak in generalities the same way a "psychic" does. Thus creating an air of insight and wisdom.
They're a cleverly disguised pep talk to say how you're living is correct.

So I'm here because I have 90% of the traits of a sigma male. Some of the described attributes fit me well and some are in development, meaning I struggle with them. In order for this to work, you have to commit to it. The self-doubt and any vestiges of approval seeking have to go.

It is a thin line to walk between isolating yourself from others' unwanted advice, which is usually oriented around advancing their self-serving agendas to the detriment of yours, and going a lone, which takes longer to figure things out than collaboration does. Also the continuity vs spontaneity aspect. I require continuity of planning an execution in most of what I do, but there is also a discontinuous aspect. I have changed jobs of many year's seniority when something changed that made working there difficult and have relocated to distant parts of the country I'd never lived in before when something came up that interested me there. The important thing for me is that every day of my life must be interesting and enjoyed for itself, as a process of experience and improvement. I do not crave status symbols of being tied to a prestige job or residence like conformist-minded people do. Not being motivated by conformity can be off-putting to people in a corporation or social circle, because people typically judge each other by social status, which requires conformity to groupthink. As always, this video is on target.
