Awesome job guys, I offer demo services in central Florida. We do damn near everything the same way. Only thing I could critique is when you’re taking the staples up from the subfloor just use a 4” scraper and run it over the floor. A new blade cuts them right off no problem. One guy could probably do it in the same time as 2 pulling them by hand

Very informative for a DIYer.

A decade ago I helped my neighbor with a demo of their upper bathroom. They installed this makeshift pulley on the window. It made trashing out the debris so much faster. Doesn't make a mess inside the house. Throw the trash in a bucket, down the pulley, and into the wheelbarrow.
