Recognising Student Achievement Through the Use of a Reward System

Sometimes the best way you can build rapport with a student, and encourage them to make better decisions, is to show them you care by rewarding their small achievements in a big way. I did not expect this student to get things right every day, but oh when he did, it was a major celebration!
