Seth Rollins' WWE DEBUT

Seth Rollins made his NXT debut in June 2012 against Jiro. At the end, Rollins hit Jiro with what was called “The Blackout” to win the match. Next week, Rollins faced Camacho. Rollins hit him with the blackout to win the match. Hunico attacked Seth, Camacho joined him and Bo Dallas came out for the save. Later that night, Seth teamed up with Tyson Kidd and Bo Dallas against Michael McGillicutty, Camacho and Hunico. At the end, Seth jumped outside and McGillicutty caught Kidd with a neckbreaker to win the match. Three weeks later, Seth faced Drew McIntyre. Drew countered Rollins, hit him with a big boot, then with a future shock DDT to win the match. Next week in the NXT title tournament quarter finals, Seth faced Drew again. Rollins got dodged, then he dodged Drew and hit him with The Blackout to advance. Two weeks later in the semi-final, Seth met McGillicutty. At the end, Seth hit him with a turnbuckle powerbomb and then with the blackout to advance. The other finalist, Jinder Mahal attacked Seth but he fought back and threw Jinder outside. Two weeks later, they met in the final. At the end, Seth hit Jinder with a turnbuckle powerbomb, then with The Blackout to pin him and to become the first ever NXT champion.

It's just crazy how the investment worked out, they must've known a lot more about seth rollins than we did,

because all i saw was great ring talent, great charisma, but not much of a star, and not much main event presence.
