The Forum for Public Sector Registered Pension Schemes has intensified its advocacy for an appropriate retirement package for pensioners under the Social Security and National Insurance Trust, SSNIT.
It has for the second time, scheduled a strike over the demands of an increment in pension benefits for its members. According to the group, current retirees are being paid very low past credits by SSNIT. There’s more in this report.
