Green House is the greenest commercial development project on the Hungarian office market, and the first one to certify for LEED Platinum. Green House tenants benefit from an ideal combination of sustainability, creativity, work efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the building.
The one-phase, category 'A', standalone office development is located in the 13th district of Budapest, parallel to the Váci Road office corridor, bordered by Kassák Lajos, Tüzér and Lőportár Streets and Kassák Park. The green office building was carefully planned to create ideal workspaces, while also considering our micro- and macro environment. Cutting-edge environmental solutions and green technologies were applied in each and every development phase to minimize the building's environmental footprint, and reduce its energy use and carbon dioxide emissions.
The building comprises about 20,000 sq m GBA above ground on 7 levels, providing 17,800 sq m GLA and 252 car parking spaces on 3 underground levels.
Good accessibility and the availability of services are essential elements and attractive features of the project. Green House can be reached by metro, bus, tram, trolley and car, but the area is also served by multiple bicycle lanes. A wide range of services is provided in the neighborhood, but Skanska also secured commercial units in the building (restaurant, café, car wash, ATM, dental clinic) to further contribute to an all-around green work experience.
