the d b scheduler task pops up 10 every 10 mins and i dont know how to stop it, everytime i delete it or try to change the task it always comes back, its ruining my gaming.

I’ve just got and all setup the a RING VIDEO DOORBELL 2, I WINDOWS 10 on my pc, i installed the RING app from the microsoft app store, is there a way to make this app launch into LIVE VIEW when the app opens on my desktop instead of having to click LIVE VIEW? or using IFTTT etc?
