Just looked at the Tricia Leach website to RSVP for the book and noticed this statement "Every step, from design to printing, was done in the United States". Thank you for making this a priority. It matters to many of us.

I’ve waited 3+ years for an episode dedicated to Tricia’s cooking ideas! 🙌 Can not wait for the book!

As someone who cooks religiously, and now full time in my new 5th wheel, I greatly enjoy videos like this! Cooking in a fifth wheel has its challenges, but it just makes it more fun! Get that book out Trish!!

In a lot of instances when making sour cream based dips or dressings I have started using plain Greek yogurt instead. Thin with a little olive oil and mix in my food processor. Bumps up your protein and cuts some calories.

My Dad and I just finished out first RV trip and are now hooked into it. We're already planning our next trip w/ our KYD gear ready to go, love all 3000!

You are so correct, planning meals saves so much time! I normally meal prep during the week prior to a weekend trip. Vacuum sealing leftovers helps tremendously.

I have so many cookbooks that I don't use anymore but after watching this I have to admit it... Tricia makes me want sample all of her recipes & try new things. Well done!

Enjoying this video. Hubby and I took a five week trip recently. I pre-smoked some tri tip, ribs. Made some different soups and chilis. Put the items into freezer bags and pre-froze everything. Was great to be able to grab a bag from the freezer in the morning and set out to defrost during the day. So easy after a long day of driving, sightseeing, hiking and just heat up and eat a quick meal. Add some salad or other items for sides.

I made all your recipes! First time I pre-made the majority of my menu. Going camping this weekend....thank you KYD!

My wife has been waiting for this cookbook. I got her hooked to the channel and Tricias cooking in January while we were on quarantine and we binge watched KYD!

I add frozen water bottles to the frig/freezer on travel days to help maintain the temperature. I travel with the propane off.

Great ideas!! I typically camp as a weekend warrior and so I premake as much as possible, chili (frozen to help keep the cooler cold), beef stew, premade biscuits and corn muffins, premade breakfast burritos for a quick breakfast everyone can heat up whenever they get up. Other things my kids love are cashew chicken, premade fajita fixings, easy to heat up, etc. Basically, I cook as much as possible at home when camping with my kids. Makes for a much more enjoyable trip. On a grown up trip I have been learning to add some dutch oven and campfire cooking to our trips and I'm loving it!!!

Tricia, you have totally inspired me to create my own cookbook! Our family has been camping for years and we do so many of the time-saving tricks that you do!! Prepare "the hard stuff" at home then, you just need to put it together at mealtime. When you have a large family and everyone wants to do different things at different times, you can easily and with much less stress prepare things fresh and without too much effort. Everyone wants to have a good time, even Mom's! Hahaha!

How is it that you get me sucked into your videos? I don’t have an RV and I can barely boil an egg yet here I intrigued. I also tuned in to your Amazon live. Got me thinking that I need a TPMS for the RV I haven’t purchased yet! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Love the camera work, love the sound of the knife "crunching" through the vegetables. Love the vibrant colors and the simpleness of the recipe. Thank You for the nice video. I like the Stubbs sugar free bbq sauce too.
