What is a Crystal Light Healing Bed?
A crystal light healing bed combines chromotherapy (light therapy) with crystal healing and spiritual energy work.
It consists of a comfortable bed with a series of seven clear quartz crystals suspended above it. These crystals are aligned with the seven chakras (energy centers of the body).
Each crystal is lit with a specific colored light corresponding to the chakra it is aligned with.
The bed is often infused with intentions of healing, and many believe the energy of the Casa entities amplifies its effectiveness.
