I've used three gens of PS97, from v12 to v14 which I use today. I have to say v14 is the easiest to play with and for me the best PS I've got yet. I'm still considering if it's worth to buy Blade 98 16x19, but for now I am very happy with PS. The PS is very demanding technical wise, but if you are good enough and you possess strong serve and play good volleys, this racquet is just for you

I've used this for a few months, works _really_ well with some nice polys and 50-55lbs of tension.

what do you think between the pro staff 97 v14 vs the yonex vcore 95 ? specially becouse both are good for one handers backhands. dont know if the vcore 95 is a lot more manouvrable thant the pro staff looking to change if it makes me dont go behind the line but looking up their swing weight dont know if its a lot of diference. what you think?

Hi Luca. How does this racket compare to the Head Auxetic Gravity Pro? I’ve tried the gravity pro but found it really hard to get the racket through on my forehand and it felt cumbersome. Is the Pro Staff quicker through the air than the Gravity Pro? Also is it more stable? Specs wise they’re similar so for me I’m thinking it must be the racket head shape / size making the Gravity Pro feel clumpy to me! It’s not the weight as I’ve used heavier rackets with higher swing weights and has no problem but they’ve always been between 95 - 98 sq inch head size. Hoping this Pro Staff is what I’m after in wanting a stable racket I can swing quick through the air mainly on my forehand. I found the Gravity Pro ok on everything else. As always thanks for your advice.

Great review, isn't the big difference between pro stock and retail consumer rackets the amount of flex in the throat area? It looks like Wilson may be giving us a pro stock racket in disguise here! How would you compare it to the RF97?

Lucas, I am currently playing with a pro staff 97 v12 and before I played with babolat pure drive 98. I am considering a change now ; between this model ; the aero 98 or pure drive 98. I like to attack use a lot of top spin ; ground strikes and like also to finish points at the net. My second serve has a lot of spin - kick. I am a former college player . Any recommendation between this racquet / aero 98 or pure drive 98 ?
I use 17g string - volkl cyclone tour
Thanks

You didn’t mention why you always go back to the gravity.

It is very bulky, not heavy enough. Unless Wilson bring back the older beam with let say 95", probably will never buy another one. Even Federer lost his greatest shot with this, his forhend. And payed the price not to be greatest.

Just remove those silly strings and that racquet comes alive 🤗😎🔥
