NS7II will be made to be used for Serato DJ, so as long as the NS7II is hooked up as the primary controller in SDJ, you can connect other MIDI devices to control different features within the program to your liking.

wow this just lets you know how fast music is evolving ill be surprised if they are able to keep this up

Quartz had the original NS7 working pretty gawd damn close with Traktor... but he was using an unreleased Beta that apparently had HID support... a feature they decided they weren't gunna keep on. Srsly, look up Project NS7 on Facebook, go to the photos area and look at his vidz of his work around in action. His scratches were practically butter smooth and the active platters actually -worked- with the push back and all of that...

Apparently Hedgehog (an old friend of Quartz) is adamant about still trying to make it work. Look for the thread "NS7 (NS7 II) + Traktor?" on Skratchlounge.

Will the NS7 2 work will Traktor? Those color changing Pads would work nice with The Remix Decks:)

I'm hoping that the ns7 2 will work on traktor. I still want to use my ns7 with traktor.

Question! I just saw a video uf a guy using the Behringer CMD controller with remix decks? how come? it was weird for me but those controllers are way cheap and good for what I've seen...

NI has the best MIDI support overall. what other software can work with virtually any midi device? excluding Abletone

no need to change for me! I love my denon dn-mc6000 to death just do everything I need and more.

33 and 45rpm aren't torque numbers, just fyi. I'm glad DJ TechTools knows the difference between torque and RPM.

i agree dude . the mpc pads are cool but people bought the ns7 don't even know what an mpc is

So mixtrack pro comes with intro and u still have to pay $199 to upgrade to serato dj? Suddenly it doesnt seem like such a good buy if thats the case.

the remix decks in traktor only work with 2 controllers, the midi fighter and the f1 u cannot map them to any other controller :(

that would be cool if u cud use the cmd's!

I don't think the evolution of technology directly correlates with the evolution of music.

Torque and rotational speed are 2 different things, torque is measured in inch/pounds, it has nothing to do with rotation speed, yeah, your right, pretty basic stuff.

Wow. My $450 controller doesn't even have all this.
