Effective speed arm bar drill

To do this drill you will start in the full guard in the arm bar position. You will lift the hips, swing the leg on the neck in a pendulum motion while pushing off the leg thats on the back. Make sure to keep the hips lifted, make a wide swing and clamp the legs on each side for the arm bar.
