Dr. Jonathan Haidt is a social psychologist and the Thomas Cooley Professor of Ethical Leadership at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

He is the author of four books: "The Happiness Hypothesis: Finding Modern Truth in Ancient Wisdom" (2006); "The Righteous Mind: Why Good People are Divided by Politics and Religion" (2013); "The Coddling of the American Mind: How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas are Setting Up a Generation for Failure" (2019, co-authored with Greg Lukianoff); and most recently "The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness" (2024).
