I've liked this song for years. My mom would play it when I was just a teenager. Even though I wasn't a believer at the time, when I was down, I would grab her cassette of John Starnes and play it in my room. And I knew, God would bring me through whatever I was going through .God bless

I remember the first time I heard this song playing on the radio; I had just gotten home from church and had made the decision to recommit my life to Christ. I was in a place of uncertainty as I had to make some decisons. As I heard this song played it connected with my soul and my spirit. God is amazing! So many things were going through my mind at that exact moment as the song came on. God knew I didnt trust Him and He wanted me to know that I could. This song ministered to me; I cried like a baby to Abba and the Holy Spirit did what only He could do...comforted me! Here I am 3 yrs later and what a journey it has been so far. I wouldn't trade anything that I have been through because every trial, set back and victory made me know the Strenght and Power of Jehovah and it brought me closer to Him! Thank you Jesus for loving and saving me.
