Dji Mavic Air Controller Fix

If you have a Mavic Air and after updating the firmware your controller starts to beep and lock up. Leaving you with no options after trying to turn it off (with the standard double tap). This video will show you exactly how to stop your Mavic Air controller from beeping.

This is to help fix a defective Mavic Air DJI remote controller (transmitter).

Can't believe it. I turned on my Mavic Air controller, and the four led's lit up as usual, but then the thing turned off. I tried charging again. Nothing. Each time, the controller would start up and then turn off. Searching on YouTube, there are many video's saying the battery needs to be replaced. I followed your instructions, and the remote works perfectly now. So, there's two issues resolved with this method. Thanks!

Hey i don't know if it helps but i had different problems with my remote when i got it that was fixed by holding all three trigger buttons down while turning on the remote. I think its like a binding reset mode. (my problems were about the fact that DJI controllers only work with like 5 of the million android phones, had to buy a used phone that was on there "supported" list)

I'm new to this, having a mavic air and he ask to update the controller, so i bring him back home to update, but the red box in the start screen disappeared
Went back and after 10min everything freezes on the screen returned home without set the drone and controller off and home I it does not update, because there was lost connection with the drone and aircraft, but like the first time nothing to find in the menu to update, not even the warning triangle.
Is there something I overlook?
Before I went back out, I want to update it, I don't want to loose the drone when I flying it

Thanks very much for this great "fix" . Both my on board battery and my remote control were refusing to turn off until I watched your video . There does not seem to be anything in the instruction manual about this problem. So thanks mate !

Hello my friend. i have a problem with my dji mavic air controller. I cant install the latest firmware. When i conect it with my phone it shows that the aircraft is conected w/o power it on. and the dji assistant 2 doesnt recognizes it.. i dont know how to fix this problem please help me

My remote is not working so i bought one on ebay and the gimbal scroll control adjusts the exposure for some reason and it doesn't move the gimbal. I havent found a fix to it. Has anyone had this issue?

That happened to my phantom 3 pro like 3 years ago and CS told me to wait it out on the battery... so I stuck the P3P in a draw and went out to eat. then re-did the firmware update. didn't help so had to send it back.

DJI as excellent drones. But I have learned three things.... I don't have to be the first to have one. Second....I do not have to have the latest and greatest firmware update without knowing the consequences. (thirdly)...  if I can help it I do not want to deal with DJI customer care because they don't!. Thumbs up to your videos they help a lot

Dji must be having alot of trouble with the Air. Everytime I turn mine on there is another firmware update. Its annoying concidering I have had no trouble with it. Even fly it in temps. below freezing and no fluttering. Thx for the info its nice to be informed if something bad does happen.
