After seeing how last season’s tournament played out, and given how the parity this season is MUCH higher even than it was last season, I just can’t simply see the final four being three 1 seeds and a 2 seed. UConn, Houston and Purdue were certainly the most dominant teams this season, but even then, they aren’t untouchable by any means. I think we see only one or two of those teams in the final four.

Can you give a quick explanation of what analytics you used? For example when you say “the analytics says…” tell us what data that represents. The analytics of teams with 4 legged mascots have a win rate of x% in the past x years so that suggests this team will win

Just trying to help you out and I’ll put the same message in a livestream at some point, but no one should put Iowa St in their final 4.

In the 64 team era, no team ranked outside the top 25 in the preseason ap poll that gets a 1 or 2 seed has made a final 4 and these teams average less than 2 wins per tournament.

These are my boldest predictions for march madness:
1. Michigan State to final 4, beating UNC in 2nd round
2. Iowa State gets bounced in the 2nd round by drake
3. Samford beats Kansas in the first round
4. UAB over San Diego State is my 12 over 5 (probably the least popular 12-5 upset pick)
5. Wisconsin to the elite 8, beating Houston along the way
6. Maybe not as bold, but I have Purdue winning it all after getting beaten by a 16 seed last year (kind of like Virginia in 2019)
