Some good points. I teach music as well as languages (English, Spanish, Chinese) often at the same time. The overlap between these subjects is undeniable, I have seen/heard it. Approach is everything, I hope modern teachers can start to move music education into the contemporary era where it needs to be if it is to remain relevant.
