Unable to Stop Service: The operation could not be completed. Access is Denied (Task Manager)

How to fix: Alternative Solution for 'Unable to Start / Stop Service' error in Task Manager. When i try to Stop the running Service, Unable to Stop Service error occurs. The operation could not be completed. Access is Denied. When i try to Start the Stopped service, Unable to Start Service error occurs.
Solution: Open 'Local Services', where you can Start or Stop the services without getting Access is Denied.
Note: I can Start Some of the Stopped services from Task manager itself.

I get a similar error but for trying to change the cpu affinity 😢 do you know how to fix it ? I already put UAC (user account control) on the lowest and highest and both didn’t work
