If you like Snickers bars, you’re going to LOVE this Magnum recipe. These homemade ice creams are way healthier and higher in protein than the original version!
Nutrition facts per ice cream 🔥 288 Calories 🧀 16g Protein 🍞 25.2g Carbs 🥑 14.1g Fats
Recipe makes 4 ice creams
Ingredients: 📄
• 150g bananas
• 60g peanut butter
• 50g protein *
• 200ml unsweetened almond milk
• no-calorie sweetener (optional)
*if don’t have a protein, replace it with more banana and use less almond milk!
Toppings:
• 80g dark chocolate
• 20g peanuts
Method 👨🍳
1. In a bowl, melt the bananas using a fork, and combine with peanut butter, protein and milk. Mix well until you get a creamy texture.
2. Pour the mixture into the moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
3. Then, melt the chocolate, add some peanuts, and dip each ice cream into the chocolate.
4. Place again in the freeze for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
