The Streamer Awards are done as you may have guessed, there were a lot of funny moments, callouts, and when everything was said and done --- the streamer of the year went to… Ludwig.

Now that probably took you off-guard, especially if you’re a long-time juicer.

As a juicer, ludwig did more things than xqc. X just got a bigger audience. It was a deserved award

I mean Ludwig set the record for most subscribers, hosted a game show officially partnered with Twitch, ran nearly a dozen live events and shows, organized gaming tournaments and bridges gaps between many communities. I don’t see a possible way to truly say it was undeserved or X was robbed. I also think x could have easily won and Lud wouldn’t have been robbed. It was a toss up.

Yes xqc is huge streamer, but "2021" is a huge year for Ludwig.

xQc in 2021: 12 hours sitting at his desk playing GTA RP, reacting to YouTube or copyrighted TV shows and sometimes if it’s a good stream playing variety games. Planned a subathon, never did it. Came to LA to host a show, never did it.

Lud evolved his streams and had the most succesful month of streaming, xqc didn't really do anything significant this year other than being the biggest streamer. That's why lud deserves is

Really the only argument for XQC is that he has a bigger audience and consistently streamed to a bigger audience throughout the year. Ludwig not only did more but he also consistently creates much much better content than XQC does so in my eyes he definitely deserved this award especially considering how great of a year he did have

I’m not surprised at all, he has a lot of viewers but he didn’t do anything at all this year that was over the top or anything that deserves an aware besides viewership, lud had his subathon that broke a record, he had many collabs with example mizkif and simply with sm64. XqC just did his own thing

I used to watch Ludwig when he was a lot smaller and just starting out, but I just can't anymore. He's so different and it feels very fake compared to how he was.... idk, it's for the views and it fits the audience, but I miss that genuine guy feeling.

The real reason is that xqc didn't promote the voting, so the juicers didn't vote. If he did promote the outing he would have won at least 2:1 to pepePains guys
