We have to store paint in our basement as well because our temperatures are too extreme in Canada to keep them out in the garage. Nikki had some good tips and I like your idea to assemble a paint supply bin to have at the ready. We want to do some painting in the new year when my partner's work slows down so it's actually a good time to start thinking about preparing and gathering supplies.
