Gurudev said, the entire universe is having only 5 elements, earth, water, air, fire and ether, and it is filled with 3 qualities, sattva, rajas and tamas. Our life and environment is also filled with these 3 qualities. We should give more prominents to sattva. In today's world we should give more prominents to holistic approach, or their will be more challenging for us and future generations and our children's in coming days. More prominents should be given to food, environment, natural greenary, meditation, retreat etc. ❤❤
