in our folklore there´s a strange
sentence where it says that a witch´s
spells don´t work on her own family :)

it might be half true.. it might
be like self defence, to prevent bad
thoughts from manifesting on loved
ones (thoughts being older than
spells).

but what about healing.. before there
were professional witches it was the
grandmother who often acted as the
healer of the family (a lot of their
qualities having been transferred
to witches).

it´s a strange statement.. i would
maybe say that they work on where
the belief is, it´s all about the
belief.
