I think the reason why the Phantom is having such a high Pickrate but not being seen as often in the Top 10 KPR is because the Vandal is 1 headshot in 15-30 meters and still very accurate, whereas the phantom loses in the 1v1 but is more forgiving and as such allows you to get kills with less Skill, being more reliable in general, therefore being operated by more Supportive Roles, players that don't commonly play Duelists and as such dont get as many Kills per Round

Tbh I think deadlock is going to be an above average agent cuz of her util but her ult will probably hold her back from being OP or better than kj/cypher. Unless some players find out some unique tech for her ult I think they’ll buff it a bit, like making the capture range wider or making the time to kill go faster

Bigger nerf to the phantom than the Vandal, you don't spray too often with the Vandal.The vandal despite being the more used gun overall, doesnt really make sense. I can only assume its to nerf phantom for pro play as the controller meta made Phantom really good. This kinda sucks as I was primarily a Vandal user for so long but swapped to Phantom like 2 months ago.
