This little guy works great! Went from a weak one bar to a full bar reading and no more dropped calls. Download was 108.92 now 398.44 Upload was 23.63 now 400.34 That is significant! Actually a small miracle! $25 deposit no other fees. Thank you T Mobile! Was dirt simple to install. Was concerned because my internet is in a closet without a window. Put the GPS antenna as close to the bathroom window as I could, still not able to see outside. It set up in less than 20 mins. It is a great devise!!!!

my t mobile cellspot v2 quit workin couple months ago, had it since 2019

they sent out a replacement, still no work

waited until October to call back for another replacement

still doesn't work

so i still got the first replacement and second replacement, moved the cellspot to a different location but the gps be in the middle on the window

even read where any radio waves, other wifi or router is not close by.

all it be just flashin green, flashin green and orange

way over 2 hours after set up

i switched from cable internet to fiber optic

should be no problems there

but one person from the tech that all cellpots boosters and wifi accounts been deleted and had to redo everything

somehow the the cellspot boosters can be activated but no account shown

so i will leave another update later on

plus, to keep from bein charged $25 plus tax. gotta return the old one in

The GPS is only needed at start up. Once it connects and registers you can take that down, wrap it up, and put it back in the box. Its recommended to run it to the window on first start up. Hints why there is so much line.

At least for us, it was very difficult getting a Cell Spot Device, after, repeated attempts, finally a Tech Support Supervisor order the device…

Can this unit be moved from one house hold to another? T-Mobile sent me one and they said that it was setup for my home address. I want to to give it to my in-laws.

My wife has t mobile but I have Verizon. Will my Verizon phone benefit from this too with better cell service?

Do I need home internet to make this work? I just want to boost my service so I can run my tv off the hotspot. My computer hooks up to the hot spot but tv won’t. I live in the sticks. Thanks

Even with WiFi calling turned on, I can't receive calls or texts throughout the vast majority of my house (metal roof and metal siding). Can this device fix this? I have good WiFi so I really couldn't care less about data speeds improving. I just need to make and receive calls and texts without having to go in the backyard to do it!

David..I hope you might help me.I just got the same Booster w T Mobile. I had another one for past 3 yrs. This is the latest.
The problem is that the modem for my internet has somehow turned off Band 2.4 or 5. So, I can't boost my iPhone. Any suggestions? Thank you.

This is not a cell signal booster, it is a fermocell (mini cell tower).
