Gigmaster, I see you got the newly designed locking shoe. You can now run the antenna wire, out of the top of the shaft, without drilling holes. You’re welcome! Don added the second groove idea and I think he made some other adjustments.

Basically. Run the antenna wire through the shaft, lay it in the grove (on the bottom of the locking shoe), push the shoe into the shaft and insert the two screws.

I've got the same headphones the yellow ones they're amazing plenty of volume. Also that lower shaft you're talking about with the split in the bottom to where you couldn't tighten it it's designed that way for the HF coil. That's because of the wire that connects to the battery up on the shaft you have to run the coil wire up through that slot to the battery. And your coil hardware the bolt the washer and that little cone shaped spacer plus it also came with a spacer that fit up in there in the gap of the lower rod. So basically just don't order any more for the HF coils for the D1 and everything will be fine

I just received my new WSA II XL headphones! These things sound amazing! I wish the version of my D2 would have come with them. I was using the detetcnix headphones that the puck slides into. They were alright but nowhere as loud and clear as the wsa ii xl headphones.

Good video. You were the first, I’ve heard, to mention the “square way” audio info. So, you are now using square pitch? You said Thresher use square and detect-Ed got you using pitch.

I like the new version of the shoe by detecting doodads even has slots in it for the wire to go through so you can put it through your shaft like you did wasn't sure if you had the same problem I did with the very first version cuz I had mine replaced also the second version seems to be strong though 👍🦀

Pass some advice onto Don, tell him to ask the company to make headphones for the equinox because the gray ghost ones are garbage....they have been sent in for repair twice and I go easy on them.
