Made a modified version of this tonight. I didn't have olives or horseradish. I used cinnamon and cayenne instead. Turned out really well and it was really easy to prepare. I'll be trying out the recommended recipe this weekend with some friends.

Wonderful dish! Perfect for a dinner party....or at home....for a week. Thank you for the notes on whether to re-baking the squash w/wo a fatty ingredient....I would have to say some lovely vegan shred would be a delight on top...lol Very simple but lovely recipe.
