I have a stock 2018 A3 quattro and it's performance is almost the same. I don't think this is delivering 250 hp.

Having cheap "China Tires" on the front wheels... maybe the "Stage 1 Tune" was some kind of a chip for 30 Eur from ebay. 😁 The performance seems so. But still a good looking car with cool sound.

I had this car for a week and put it in sport mode and I had the 94 octane from Sunoco and it was fast enough for me lol 😂.

Awesome see you performing "normal" cars at the channel. Something is not making sense. A3 2.0 2016 to 2021 in Brazil has 220cv, 6 speed DCT and two exaust pipes and not only one. Only 1.4 (Brazil) and 1.8 has one exaust pipe (two at same side). Mine 2.0 stock has the same performance as this one.

Lucky to get 210/220 with stage 1 tune with no bolt ons in my experience

Either it's stock or a really bad tune.
My A3 Sportback from 2019 (40TFSI quattro) with Stage 1 tune has 250HP, 400NM measured and is way quicker than this A3.

Pour avoir le gains de couple du stage 1 il faut obligatoirement reprogrammer la boîte de vitesse dsg.

Sinon le boîte ne prend pas le gain de couple obtenu par la cartographie

Some tunes cut power/timing aggressively if there is a condition it doesn’t like - could be the case here.

I think he needs his money back. You can try my stage 1 2009 Scirocco with 247Bhp and 432nm for comparison.

I have the A4 B9 2.0tfsi 252 and i did 16.5 stock ecu tcu with GowTuning Stage 1 i got 13.5 at around 310hp and 440 nm. This car might have a ECU TUNE BUT Stock TCU and it's limiting the power.
