Zodiac Yoga: Leo

All of my Leo friends, you're amazing! You're energetic and straight forward and super generous. But one of your struggles is that you feel a little anxious when you're not in control and maybe get a little impatient. So for today's class we're going to practice letting go of control and trusting our instincts to take us where we want to go :)

super great idea to create zodiac yoga classes but in my opinion every posture is very quick done i just get what position is next that we already change for the next one. But the quality and idea of the video is very good so keep going and have a nice day :)

Hi Erin! Do you think you could upload a routine that incorporates yoga blocks for variations?I am not super flexibke yet and I was told that they are helpful to beginners like myself. thanks!

This was really good. I loved it. Crescent lunge with eyes closed was soooo hard hahah It was def a challenge for me to let go of the control. Thanks so much for this class
