Nikon D5300 | Review | 2020

The Nikon D5300 is the workhorse of my camera bag, from Landscape to street and portrait this seven year old camera is my go to, but the real question is, is it still viable in 2020????

The Nikon D5xxx line is awesome and I have a lot to also be thankful for from this line. The D5600 has most of my history but Nikon has done an awesome job with their line of tools. You always do such a great job at reviewing products and tools brother. I am always stoked when you release another video. The wifi connectivity and use of the snapbridge app are super features that make working a breeze as well as the bluetooth connecting.

This is the first time I've watched one of your video's and it was very informative and well thought out.

I like the fact that youre using older gear and producing good results.

That shows people you dont have to have the newest equipment to take great pictures.

I still use my D3300 even though I have a D810, D7100, Z50, and a P900.

Again a great video.

Any advice on someone that does concert photography in low light with this camera? It’s the biggest struggle for me at the moment I love this thing but I know it’s just not having the right settings in those situations.

Thanks your previous video on the D 70 was great I’ve been shooting with it for about two months but definitely see I need an upgrade. I watched a video of the D 5100 and then your video on the D 5300 and sounds like I should move straight to the D 5300 body only off of eBay since it’s only about $100 more. What do you think? I’m seeing on eBay body only anywhere from $309-$330 is that a reasonable price? As always thank you for the great videos and all your input you’re really doing a great job! Sincerely Willam

Im planning to but my very first Dslr Camera very soon, but im stuck in choosing Nikon d3400/d3500, Nikon d5200/d5300 or Canon Rebel T7 (2000d), and btw are canon lenses cheaper than Nikon's, I'm really confused a little bit and i need some advice and suggestions from you, My budget is around 500-600$max. Very useful video I am going to order my 1st camera.1 more question amazon offer full package with accessories for $799. Should I order this or can separately order lenses, tripods, SD cards etc ..? Which is best one full package or purchase single item
