Gary Lineker row: Presenter arrives at Leicester City stadium

Gary Lineker has arrived to watch his former club Leicester City play on a day when the BBC's TV football schedule was thrown into disarray by the decision to suspend him from Match of the Day.

Lineker was told to "step back" from his role on the show after he tweeted criticism of the government's asylum policy.

Several presenters and pundits said they would not take part in their shows on Saturday in support of the former footballer, including Football Focus host Alex Scott.
