For anyone confused
11037" was written in blood behind the body of the victim to tell the students who the killer was. The reason that it says 11037 instead of Leon is that it was written upside down. The victim was in a position in which the writing was upside down, but they still wrote the name out of their blood.

For those of you who don’t get it:

11037 is a reference to Danganronpa. In the game it’s written in the blood of a dead person that fell victim to a murderer named Leon, and the people in the game found out it was actually spelling the murderer’s name upside down.
