Body found in Harlem River is missing NYC boy: family

The body pulled from the Harlem River Thursday morning was 13-year-old Garrett Warren, who was reported missing several days ago, his family told PIX11 News.

I personally believe there was "Foul Play!" As a mother of 2 adult sons, I believe a 13-year-old and an 11-year-old would have "Enough Sense and Wisdom" to know NOT to play or "Horse-Around" the river. They would know the river was "Deep and Dangerous!" I don't believe that they just fell into the river. In my opinion. Prayers for the family.

I remember when we were kids in Baltimore and some kids would jump in the harbor and it was known people have drowned because there is some many things in the water you can get stuck on. I wonder if it was kids being kids or were they thrown in and killed
