But bro chicken briyani is an Indian food no doubt

People have to stop translate Thai food name to English that make people confuse, this menu is called Khao Mok Gai, it’s not chicken biryani, I have eaten chicken biryani in India (both in 5 star hotel, and road side restaurant that I saw only the local customer) and Arab countries for many years, the taste of chicken biryani is different from Khao Mok Gai in Thailand. The southern part of Thailand have many Muslim people so they have this food for many hundred years, we don’t know exactly who brought this food to our land but they were Muslim for sure and we call them แขก Khaek which refer to Arab people, Persian, South Asian like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh ( at that time there were no countries) Anyway the food was adapt to the local taste, using different ingredient that it became different taste and have it’s own name. You will not see Khao Mok Gai in Indian restaurant in Thailand, only chicken biryani. Who ever translate it as the same menu have no knowledge. Anyway stop fighting which countries is the original because there were no countries (like nowadays) in the past when this kind of food came to South East Asia.
