15 games after, Miller has 25 points in those 15 games and currently on a 11 game point streak with 23 points. Way to step up and respond!

so many JT Miller haters in the comments. Yes this was a terrible play. No, this play does not make him a third line player. Do you know he is tied for the most OT goals this year?

Love it a true NHL coach holds players accountable

JT was just tired on the play from carrying the Canucks franchise the last 3 years.

*We miss you in Anaheim, sir. That incompetent Shithead of a man, in Bob Murray was allowed to do damage for far too long. Definitely wish we could get Boudreau back to coach. Definitely a part of me cheering for overall success for him, in Vancouver. Same with Marty, in Montreal.*

Miller is their best player right now by far

Man NHL overtime officiating has been a total dumpster fire this year. This no call, the hooking on edmonton the other night, and the holding on toronto. All missed. This year is the worst officiating I've seen in the regular season that I can remember

Of course he’s gonna be frustrated, your top player refuses to backcheck and the other player scores in OT. Cant imagine

So many people take criticism personally these days. Bad plays need to be called out. That's what a coach does. Bruce knows it. Miller knows it. I guarantee Miller wasn't happy with himself about that play either.

As a player, you can either stew about it and let it break your confidence or you can step up and show that you can be better. Miller did exactly that and we've all seen the results. He's quickly become our star player and I've noticed him making fewer and fewer mistakes.

He used to be garbage at clearing the puck.. he'd always chip it over the glass from the defensive zone and take a stupid DoG penalty. Travis Green didn't seem to care and didn't hold him accountable for plays like that, but Bruce is having none of it. You step up and show that you're worth your salary.

Smart move by Miller to avoid the minus by letting Horvat have it. Especially in OT.

he doesnt like his play for one game. Just ridiculous you guys like making a mountain out of a molehill. The leafs wont get miller and probably no one else will either. players are not trading cards you just send them packing over one play or one game. Ridiculous

Horvats fault for hopping on the ice so quick before Miller was off LMAO😃😃

Marner is so much better than Miller. Can't believe toronto fans want to trade him.

Miller's actions had no effect on this play. There is zero chance he could have gotten back. He had to go to the bench for a stick or a change. Boudreau is off base with these comments. He's just pushing his massive weight around.

Funny that, since getting "called out", ol JT is on a bit of a tear? I can only imagine the Canucks if BB had been coach from the beginning of the season.

Millers play was stupid that's not hockey. Dropping your stick purposely trying to get a slashing call thats ridiculous.

WHAT??? He was blatantly hooked on that play & had no chance of getting back in the play.

He has more than made up for this play which was a lost cause anyways
