Personally I don’t care if we get similar traits like, a lot of broad blades or rectifier as of rn, but for me I think it’s fine because I’d rather they make the weapon fit the character than the character fit the weapon, only time I’ll be in favor of weapon is the gun because as of rn it’s only handguns but they really could just do whatever they want there.

I don't think Geshu Lin and Scar are the same. Their character design (I'm talking about the face) is too different. The shape of the eyes, their eye color, and the scar Geshu Lin has on his lips doesn't match.
