Post likes to prove that doubters wrong. The hip hop community dissed him because of how he betrayed their culture. Yet, his response was, "I love music, any genre" so a hip hop star jamming to some 90's grunge. Hats of to you my dude.

I've always said that I've wanted more artists that are around the age range of 18-25 who are heavily inspired by old school music (etc. throwbacks, classic rock, r&b, hip-hop) who aren't from the era to actually either make music from the ones they get inspiration from or grew up listening to those classic artists to make music that's similar to them or at least share their love for those era of music, and I think he comes close to doing it. If it's not in his music that he releases, it's in the covers and performances he does. You don't hear much young artists who share they're love for musicians like Pearl Jam, Nirvana or RHCP. They only share or discuss the ones who are relevant now, but I'm glad to know that a younger like him shares his love for musicians that many kids listen to as well.
