I like my Henge Dock a lot! My issues with it are:
1) You can't dock a macbook with a case 
2) If you don't tighten the screw, the cords will move down and won't make a proper connection, and if you overtighten, it breaks the plastic housing on the cables. 

Other than that, the Henge Docks are great and well worth $100.

Got the same one about 8 months ago and it's perfect! Especially if you have a thunderbolt display. The only problem is, for those of us that have Dell, LG, Asus, HP, Samsung, or any other non Apple monitor that has more than 1080p resolution, we have to get the Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI Adapter to get the best resolution out of our Macbook Pro Retina. It's expensive as hell at $100 bucks, but it's worth it! I use it with the stand to get the best resolution from my Dell monitor and the whole set up works perfect. It's expensive, but completely worth every penny. Bangin' unboxing Floss, and can't agree with you more, this dock is with out a shadow of a doubt A GO!
