I ordered it. I don’t know if it’s me, or the product, but it isn’t working. I have 3 dogs and a cat, and always dealing with hair. I vacuumed my house in Tuesday, let it go, because product was on its way. Received on Friday, immediately started in the 2 step stairs into living room, barely picked up anything! I then tried the X-Large rake on living room, it barely did anything. I’m calling them on Monday. My vacuum picks up more than this!

I got the smaller scraper and it works so well on carpet! Gathered our dog’s hair. It was fun and effective to use

For delicate fabric you hold it at a 90% angle and it's less destructive or none destructive.

The teeth was shredding things for me too. I don't know if it's worth filing down to use. I'm probably going to just give it away or trash it

Mine isn’t working.. so I’m thinking about shaving mine down with a file like you said. About how much do I need to file it down? I’m so bummed out that mine isn’t working ☹️

But dude,
you use THAT on your clothes? And couch?
I wouldnt think that it is supposed to be used on snaggy fabrics..?
My boss ordered one because i want to do the huge area rugs and pet beds and motor homes.

From the way I understood the original video from the company, the bigger one you didn’t like is to use on your dog or cat as the fur remover
