I quit my job of 6 years and started a new one 1 week later have been at my new job about 3 weeks and already have I been given a promotion with a 4 dollar raise I had not been given a raise at my old job in 2 years now I work about 10 less a week but make about 10 dollars more with better benefits they even offer pet Insurance

The two main causes of people leaving their jobs: low wages and poor management. These two problems have been going on at high levels since the 70s. People are looking at other options now, and business needs to get their house in order to be able to attract and retain talent. Companies don't care and don't address this problem until the economy or competition forces them, so don't expect anyone to cry for them.
