Africa and Spain Ever Closer The President of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, met with the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo, in Madrid, to address issues of common interest in all areas, on the occasion of the attendance of the African leader at the presentation of Focus on Africa 2023. Casa África works to bring Africa and Spain closer. Our mission is to foster mutual understanding and strengthen relations with African countries through trust. To do this, we organize more than 200 economic, social, cultural, institutional and political activities each year. On 29 March, the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation will hosted the event #FocusAfrica2023​, the action programme of the 3rd Africa Plan.
