10th Lake Victoria Basin Commission meeting kicks off

Over Ksh. 25 billion has been allocated towards the improvement of sanitation within the East African partner states. The cities of Kisumu, Mwanza, Kigali and Kampala are set to benefit from the programme. Lake Victoria Basin Commission Executive Secretary Dr. Masinde Bwire announced that the rollout of the programme will target slum dwellers in the respective countries.
