Hi guys, this is Kevin. It’s been a while since the last time I uploaded. But I’m back and aiming to upload at least one video per week. I recently looked at past comments on my videos, and most of you wanted some sort of “how to get into Columbia” video. So, here are some guidance in the college application process. While my tips came from experience interacting with Columbia classmates, most of the tips are beneficial to any college application.

This video consists of three parts: first, general introduction to Columbia’s requirements on the website. Second, my analysis of what Columbia and other top colleges are looking for in their applicants. Third, a closer look at their hard and soft requirements.

If only Ivy Leagues were as significant to my career path as they were in the past. Was thinking about applying to Columbia but the cost makes it not worth it for me honestly.

Great video. This is the first time I’ve heard of AP test scores playing a role in college acceptances. I’ll finish high school with 13-14 AP classes but I have not done “great” on all of my exams. Do you think that not reporting those 13 AP scores will hurt me? Thanks

hi so i’ve taken 6 ap classes i took one exam but it was the stupid at home one cuz of covid and i got a terrible score so i didn’t bother taking the others. if it’s the same this year i may not take them either. do you think that will hurt my chances? i have a 4.2 gpa. also i don’t have any honors or awards like you mentioned because my school doesn’t offer literally anything do you think i have a chance?
