That fifth place announcement for the women left me feeling sad. There were two excellent athletes - Rebecca Voigt AND Meredith Root - however, the second Voigt was announced, it was almost as if Root ceased to exist. I can understand giving Voigt her due for all she has accomplished, but the reporting was a little too unbalanced. I felt sorry for Meredith Root and I hope she qualifies next year.

I really dont like how they hype up Matt Fraser this year like the mens division at the games is basically just a fight for second place. Sure you cant argue against his dominant performance over the last 2 years but ANYTHING can happen at the games.
