I recently bought a davinci 1 pro model for myself. It is a very nice product, but USB android does not recognize it. No matter what I did, I couldn't get a response. Unfortunately, your Türkiye representative 10noo digital could not provide support regarding the issue. Can you help me on this issue? Why shouldn't any software I have installed from the Google Play Store, such as VLC Media Player, see the contents in the USB? Or are the USB ports on the device not connected to the Android stick inside the device?

By the way, I'm not saying USB doesn't work. When I select the USB source from the source button on the remote control, I can view my movies etc. However, since the sound file in most movie files is DTS codec, I cannot play the sound file of the movies.
