These are the common tactics of Korean businesses that are also doing business on foreign lands. I experienced this myself where the Korean employee or manager suddenly out of nowhere does not show up on the foreign company and then you just know that they have already dissolved the the main company leaving the local employees on the foreign land with no salary and very meager pity compensation. They do it so that they do not become responsible for anything if things get difficult or they just want to quit.

My understanding was the exit plan was well known all along to finally decentralize the ecosystem once the foundation was set and if regulators came after LFG or TFL. I’ve never been a big fan of Do Kwon but if presented this way I think this leads to more speculation and not facts. In the end it seems like free market principles took down the ecosystem whether there was malicious intent or not
